DAP's Most Versatile, Advanced Subfloor Adhesive

DynaGrip® Advanced Subfloor adhesive from DAP is a premium grade construction adhesive specifically formulated for subfloor and deck installation, wood-to-wood assemblies, and glued floor systems. It delivers a high strength weatherproof bond on wet, frozen, and treated lumber, and is easy to gun, even in cold temperatures.

DynaGrip Advanced Subfloor meets ASTM D3498 and APA AFG-01 and is VOC compliant and PFS certified. This solvent based adhesive prevents floor squeaks and improves the structural performance of the floor assembly when used properly. It adheres to concrete, dimensional lumber, masonry, metal, OSB and enhanced OSB, plywood, treated lumber, and wood.

Available in 10.3 ounce (¼” bead yields 32 linear ft., 3/8″ bead yields 14 linear ft.) and 28 ounce (¼” bead yields 86 linear ft., 3/8″ bead yields 38 linear ft.) sizes, DynaGrip Advanced Subfloor is a light tan (bead color), 74% solids synthetic rubber. It has an application temperature of 0°F to 120°F, a service temperature of -20°F to 140°F, and a shelf life of 18 months. Skin time is 15 minutes and cure time is seven days.

Uncured (wet) adhesive can be cleaned from surface and tools using mineral spirits following solvent manufacturer’s precautions (mineral spirits should not be used to clean skin). Cured adhesive must be cut or scraped away.
