Infographic: 5 Tips to Avoid Jobsite Slips & Trips

Editor’s Note: The mission of the National Framers Council (NFC) is to develop and implement best practices to help ensure framers leave the jobsite each day in the same health as they arrived. To foster a culture of safety on your jobsites, check out NFC’s FrameSAFE program, a bilingual safety manual template developed by NFC to help framers comply with OSHA’s jobsite requirements. As part of the 2018 Safe+Sound Campaign, the National Framers Council partnered with OSHA to develop a set of FREE safety posters, which includes a framer-specific resource to prevent slips, trips and falls on walking surfaces. (Download posters here.)

Employers can significantly reduce common slip, trip, and fall hazards by implementing cost-effective safety solutions and OSHA best practices.

“It’s extremely important for all supervisors and staff to learn what they can do to prevent slips, trips, and falls in the workplace,” said Elena Sylvester, product manager at Graphic Products. “This guide and infographic illustrate the top hazards, regulations, and more, all in an eye-catching and understandable way.”

Graphic Products recently released a guide with the following infographic to preventing slips, trips and falls (click on the image to view a larger version):
