Boise Cascade Repeatedly Honored as a Key Distributor

Boise Cascade Company’s Building Materials Distribution (BMD) was recently honored with three “Regional Distributor of the Year Awards” from Trex Company (Trex). Trex annually recognizes one distributor from its five regions for their strategy, execution, effort and passion to grow sales of Trex Decking and Railing. This year, Boise Cascade BMD facilities in Westfield, MA, Atlanta, GA and Vancouver, WA received the honors at the Trex Distributor Conference in Nashville, TN.

Jeremy Larusso, Product Manager, and Nathan Oliveri, Branch Manager, from Boise Cascade BMD Westfield accepted Trex’s Northeast Region Award.  This branch has established a strong 20-year history with Trex, providing service to building products dealers and developing the market. Its focus in 2018 on merchandising and training helped them receive this prestigious honor.

Joey Matthews, Trex Specialist, and Bill Spencer, Product Manager, from Boise Cascade BMD Atlanta received the Southeast Region award. This year’s investment in a dedicated specialist to grow the Trex business earned the Atlanta branch the award.

Randy Yost, Patrick Knudsen, and Jared Rebman from Boise Cascade BMD Vancouver were proud to accept the award for Trex’s West Region.  The Vancouver branch was recognized for their commitment to contractor education through hosted road shows over the past several years, which has helped to grow the Trex product line in their market.

“I couldn’t be prouder of the commitment and focus of our three winning locations,” stated Jeff Comiskey, Boise Cascade Division Product Manager.  “Boise Cascade has had a long history of winning Trex Distributor of the Year awards.  All of our 33 stocking branches have a focus and commitment to service excellence and sales support for the TrexPro decking contractors.”
