Residential Contractors Association
The Contractors Association was formed in the mid 80’s to allow framing contractors to negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements directly with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. Prior to the formation of the Residential Contractors Association, the collective bargaining agreements were negotiated by non-employer groups such as the BIA and AGC.
